GOOD LOCATION in PARIS Champs-Elysées

Good location- close to the Arc de Triumph. Friendly staff. No lockers in room but building appears to be very secure. More of a youth hostel for groups rather than travellers (at least thats what it felt like when I was there, but I was only there a night).
