A wonderful building with a beautiful reception area. I learned the place was actually bought as a gift by Napoleon for one of his mistresses. The hostel room was clean and comfortable with sinks in the room and fresh linen. The hostel in Paris was in a great location in Paris and the prices were more than reasonable.

Nice hostel in Paris with a perfect location. Staff is very nice and friendly, it's very close to multiple metro stations Trinité, Opéra, Saint lazare, Saint Georges,Pigalle ... and the building is just wonderful . Rooms and bathrooms are clean, I also liked the free breakfast. Well I spent a week in this BVJ hostel and my experience was really good. Thanks Recommended

BVJ Hostel is a cheap, basic & beautiful place to stay in Paris center : near Montmartre and Opéra + a lot of options like Rue des Martyrs, St Georges District, South Pigalle... The rooms are ok, but I think a place to hang your coats or something will be appreciated. In any case, it's a very beautiful place to stay in Paris, with a stunning lobby, a cute sunny court yard, piano, library, free breakfast... Looking for a simple & quiet hostel, my experience was very good. I will come back .

Hébergement à recommander : situation exceptionnelle, cadre magique et sécurisé avec une petite cour privée et salles pour se réunir en fin de journée, accueil efficace et cordial, plan de Paris remis gratuitement à tous nos élèves, hébergement simple avec lits superposés et lavabo dans la chambre, douches exiguës mais fonctionnelles, petit-déjeuner copieux... Sincèrement une bonne solution pour un déplacement en groupe à petit budget. Je recommande.

Excellent auberge par rapport à plusieurs qualités y compris la parfaite localisation au cœur de paris :9ème arrondissement, à proximité des grands magasins tel que Galerie la Fayette et surtout a 10 minutes de la gare saint Lazare qui nous relie aux quartes coins franciliens. Autre chose le bâtiment a une architecture peu banale qui donne une impression de faire un voyage... Je reviendrais cette semaine !!

Superbe auberge de Jeunesse à PARIS ! Propre, Bien située, proche du métro! Le hall est somptueux,un très bon petit déjeuner et enfin le staff est très gentil serviable surtout ceux qui font les soirs du mardi et mercredi ! Auberge de Jeunesse à Paris bénéficiant d'une bonne situation juste à côte de la Rue des Martyrs et du quartier Saint Georges, à 10 minutes à pied de l'Opéra et de Montmartre, station de métro Trinité à 1 min' La bâtisse est exceptionnelle, le lobby est splendide, les chambres sont comme annoncées simples et basiques (lits superposés, 2 oreillers et linge de lit fourni, matelas confortables, accès wi-fi et douches à partager avec vos coloc'). Le petit-déj est offert et l'accueil sympa (Merci à Yanis & Lucas pour l'instant partagé) A très vite. P.S. : Pinailleurs abstenez vous : il s'agit d'une véritable et authentique auberge de jeunesse !

A good and a light on budget, mix dorm. I spent two nights with my friends and we enjoyed our stay; however as it was a hostel/dorm, it is much more ideal for students traveling in group... The complementary Breakfast was nice, and there were a few good dine out around.

A deux pas de la rue des martyrs et de Notre Dame de Lorette, l'auberge bénéficie d'un cadre architectural exceptionnel, dans un très bel hôtel particulier du 18ème avec un hall magique, des salons parisiens au rez-de-jardin avec bibliothèques, piano et une très belle cour. L'hébergement reste simple (chambre à partager, lits superposés, matelas confortables, douches et wc à partager). Le petit-déjeuner gratuit est un vrai plus... Pas encore 5 étoiles mais l'esprit y est, surtout grâce à la qualité de l'accueil 24/24.

Great hostel in Paris, pretty big and great price, l have traveled around Europe and this is the best hostel l have been, it’s clean, beds are comfortable, toilets clean, breakfast with good options, very friendly staff, a great lobby, the metro station it’s very near, you can save you luggage after check out, you can read books that they just have there around the hostel, you have mirrors and some sinks in your bedroom. Just perfect.

Located in a central position, the hostel makes an incredible first good impression with a kind staff and a breathtaking entrance hall. J'ai fait mes recherches et j'ai recommandé ce lieu à mon père qui était de passage à Paris, il en est retourné ravi. C'est un lieu historique au coeur de Paris qui est assez vaste, une grande bibliothèque est à disposition, un piano fait parti du décor également.Le petit déjeuner ainsi que les douches sont irréprochables.La qualité y est, rien à dire!

Great value for money and supreme location for exploring Paris. The building is an amazing historic monolith - ask reception about it’s history. It’s not easy to find due to no sign on the door. Not a party hostel. Overall, great place to stay.

A 10 minutos de la opera y 15-20 de sacre coeur, me gustó mucho el lugar. Muy buena mi estadia : Es muy tranquilo el hostel, las habitaciones estaban limpias y sobre todo la atencion he tenido que me ayudo mucho para cuestiones de logisticas con un trato muy cordial!! Auberge de très bonne qualité. Ces ancienne histoire et architecture sont préservées, avec un beaux hall d’entré et un cours sympa. J’étais très bien accueilli ... qui m’a donné ses meilleures astuces sur les bons restaurants et endroits ! La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et il y a un petit-dej gratuit ! Malheureusement il n’y a pas des casiers et le wifi est payant. Très bien situé et bravo pour le staff. Je recommande !

Je cherchais un hostel pas cher sur Paris et je suis tombé par hasard sur cette auberge du côté d'Opéra. Magnifique hall, digne des grands palaces, située dans une rue calme à 2 mn du métro Trinité et pas loin du Sacré-Coeur. Une bonne équipe à la réception mais aussi au service d'étage qui veille à la propreté des lieux. Merci à tous.
